- 1/2 oz Honeysuckle Shine
- 1 oz simple syrup
- Sparkling champagne
- Splash lime juice
- 6 blueberries
Muddle 3 blueberries in a shaker. Add Honeysuckle Shine, lime juice, simple syrup and ice cubes. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top off with chilled champagne and garnish with 3 blueberries.
**Equal parts cane sugar and warm water to dissolve.
