2 oz Whiskey Girl Peach
- 1 oz ginger syrup
- 3 peach slices, 1 to garnish
- 1 splash cream
In a mixer, muddle syrup and peaches. Top with ice, Whiskey Girl Peach and splash of cream. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a peach slice.
Ginger Syrup Recipe: Equal parts lemon juice and sugar. Add (to taste, depending on volume), slices of fresh ginger, ginger powder, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla bean or extract, allspice and nutmeg. Boil, allow to cool and then strain.
