The Price Cocktail with Lewis Redmond BourbonIngredients

  • 2 oz Lewis Redmond
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 3 thin pear slices
  • 1 tbs honey syrup
  • 1 dash of angostura bitters
  • 1 sage leaf

First to make honey syrup, you should combine equal parts honey and hot water. This is so the honey will mix better as opposed to clumping and sticking to the bottom of the shaker.

In a shaker, muddle 2 thin slices of pear with honey syrup. Top with ice. Add Lewis Redmond Bourbon, lemon juice and bitters. Shake. Strain into a martini glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with a sage leaf and pear slice.
