- 5 oz Jōcassee Gin
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
- Club Soda
Add Jōcassee Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon and cherry.
